To us, a Public House is a place of community and connection; where the smiles are warm and the atmosphere is welcoming, a place full of friendly conversation and genuine camaraderie. We are a PUB, not a restaurant. We are a place where you unwind after work, grab a cocktail to kick-off the evening, try a new wine with your friends. Our concept is about coursing & sharing light bites, not full meals; 2-3 items can easily be shared between four people. Food is secondary to Drink. Our kitchen is not set up for volume. We are unable to accommodate parties of 6 or more in our main space. There is no microwave or frozen pre-made food. Our sharable plates focus on freshness, flavor, and presentation - all of which take time. Our offerings are prepped daily in limited quantities.
Every bottle, every tap, and every concoction is selected with thought and purpose. Sure, some are our favorites, but whether you try something new or stick with what's true to you, we hope you enjoy and of course, drink responsibly.
Our menu is inspired by locally sourced ingredients that may change daily and/or seasonally based on availability. Our focus is on plates that you can share and pair with our drinks. We will integrate creative specials to keep our guests excited about coming back.
*Limited Food Menu*
A laid back atmosphere with a come as you are attitude. Whether you come from the field, the office or other, we welcome you. This is an adult space to relax and unwind, over 21 only after 4pm.
Things move at a slower pace. We want you to stay and enjoy good food, good drink & good conversation. Traditional Public Houses are places to stay as long as you would like, as long as you are eating & drinking of course.
Don't be in a hurry, our food is local, fresh, and prepared daily in limited quantities. There is no microwave or pre-made frozen food. Our menu items are designed to be coursed and shared.
BAR
We are a bar, so the bar is the center focus of the space and all tables are bar height. There are 8 bar stools, 2 - 2 tops, 3 - 4 tops, a standing bar, and a 'snug'*. When you arrive, check in with the bartender or server first before taking a seat. If you have more than 5 in your party you are more than welcome to stand around a table or the bar but please, do NOT move tables or take chairs from other tables. We are a small, intimate space by design. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate large parties.
*Snug: “a small private room or compartment in a pub”
Snugs were first built in Irish pubs in the early to middle 19th Century.
Barn Area
*Food is not served in the Barn Area due to the strain it puts on our small kitchen and front of house staff. Please order all drinks at the bar.
The Barn is used for the following:
